I missed messing with groovy mame, i need to build me another project.

Ima star gathering the parts for a new project, I need to finish the final arcade cabinet that would stay with me for the rest of my life. So I'm thinking. For the monitor, ima use a RGB moded tv, why? because all of the arcade monitor chassis, suck ass and they break real easy and I'm a dumb ass that always fried them trying to repair them. Rgb moded TVs, have no burn in and they look great.I really see no difference. Can anyone tell me the difference between a 15kz arcade monitor and an RGB moded tv?
For the cabinet, ima go with a moded version of a Robotron cabinet. You know the regular 2 player 2 button each. That way ill have robotron as my main boot game, I really love the colorful presentation. Good thing I can CNC the cabinet now.
i know its gonna take some time, so this time ima go with the robotron sticks, I'm don't really remember how are they called now, and some happy buttons.
Anyone recommend a good USB encoder that I can get on the USA, since I'm not gonna use jamma. I know ultimarc its good stuff, anyone else besides ultimarc?
Pc, ill see if i can use at least a 8th gen intel with 16gb ram and an ati card to use my beloved groovymame, since i only play classics i think everything will be covered.
