Hello, I would like to know everything I need to do to finally build a GroovyMame PC for my Sega New Astro City which has a 240p 15khz monitor in it. I would like to make the PC as powerful as it can be (need to run Naomi and K.I), I am new to this forum stuff so I do apologize for my ignorance in advance. If there is an updated thread with the newest GPU and other parts I need to use, and the software guide/ possible pre made image then my bad on making this post. All help is appreciated Thank you!

Does MAME run Naomi and Killer Instinct hardware? I haven't checked MAME for a long time, last I remember is that KI emulation was kinda rough and Naomi was almost a no-go.
