Crtemudrivers and resolutions questions.

So im setting up one small rgb moded tv ,same as the 8bit guy in you tube, all works fine using emudrivers plus groovymame, and even the other emulators work out of the box. Is just something that i wonder if it can be fixed or thats the way it is and we have to live with it. Let me se if i can explain myself.  Using Ntsc settings on my setup, i notice the games would be to much to the left, and a black bar on the right, so using the tv secret menu i aligned the game centered, my desktop was centered before t his, and games look awesome, but the desktop, now is way to right with a black bar to the left. No big deal, but the front end also suffers from the same problem. All games run centered, but anything that uses 640x480, its moved to  the right with a black bar on the left.  Since this is a horizontal set up, all horizontal games run almos perfectly, neo geo, mk,stf2, you name it. On some games are a little bit to much to the left, i just use an ini to run them at 320x240 and they run centered and nice looking. Is just that whatever uses 640x480 is all the way to the right with a black bar on the left. Since i dont want to screw my almost perfect setup, ill ask first. Can arcade_osd fix the black bar on my desktop resolution  by moving it to the center, and therefor , all that use 640x480 would be fixed ass well? thanks for your time.
