  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Does this mean my TV CRT Chassis can't display a picture at this lower frequency? It's an NSTC set RGB modded. The picture displayed has a small waviness to it.

That may well be the case. Try using the NTSC monitor preset when generating video modes - that will restrict your vertical frequency to 59.94hz (NTSC), but may also restrict max vertical lines somewhat.
