new FE first release

I've been working on a frontend for my mame box and I think its to a point where other people could actually use it :) If you don't have a trackball in your arcade this probably wont be very useful since the only way to choose games is by using the mouse/trackball. If anyone wants to try it out and leave some feedback the link is below.
