Makvision/Wei-Ya 29" Model C219DHSS resolutions help?

I bought years ago a Makvision/Wei-Ya 29" Model C219DHSS  i think i got it from X-arcade cant remember. i got it to work with the Ultramac Card but it seemed to lag to i wanted something more powerful so i want to try Groovymame and bought a Sapphire Nitro Raedon R9 380 4GB video card AMD. i can get it to display mame but when i try and load a game i get and error

Caught unhandled 25options_warning_exception: illegal boolean value unevenstrctch: "48" reverting to" 1

i am assuming it's a resolution problem. My monitor wasn't listed in the list of monitors to use to i used the 15/25/31 trisync i don't know if that is correct or not or what i need to change. i followed the directions from you-tube video from andy's arcade. fresh install windows 10 with groovy mame .232 and a new .232  non-merged set. i'd love to try and get this to work or else i may have to go to LCD.

any tips or tricks would be helpful thanks!
