Hello

   I've got MK1 up, it's quite popular these days around here. But Reptile just isn't showing! I've got Revision 5, blood/violence on, and comic book offer off. I know how to fight him, but he's not even dropping hints or anything.

   Is there anything special that needs to happen? In the audit menu it says it has been on attract mode for 47 hours total, and played for 38.

Found this on YouTube explaining it.  Looks like a lot of trouble for not a big reward...

(I know how to fight him, but there's no "hints" randomly, there's never anything flying by the moon etc.

Put in the turbo ninja rom set.  You get him whenever you want on that one.  Otherwise, he is pretty rare for a reason, to have players spend quarters to find him.

I'm not convinced anyone actually ever saw him in the arcade game back in the day.  I seem to recall he was a lot easier to see on the Genesis through some cheat code.

I have seen him in the arcade.  One time a guy had the set up but made everyone around the game guarantee him a continue (50 cents) if he lost to reptile or he would not try for reptile.  He ended up crushing reptile w cage and we all got to keep our quarters.

I saw the hints a lot less in the arcades, maybe only two or three times.

I saw him in the "real" arcade years ago.

My 2 machine arcade is the best one I've ever been to, except for this lol
