xinmotek 2P and x360ce

Hello all, i need help for my new config. I have buy a full setup for my arcade home made cabinet.
Welcome amd ryzen, and byebye raspberry  8)
I have plugged all my news seimitsu toys to a Xinmotek 2Players controllers.
I use X360ce to set the control run as a x360 pad.
In the soft all control run good, and i emule 2 game pad.
If i launche a Pc game,Streets of rage,  no gamepad where detected  :banghead:
What's the problem ? :cry:
