Power Supply Testing

How would I go about testing a power supply for a Golden Tee arcade.It's a Happ Control P/N 80-0002-10 Rev. H.S/N 0241156.115v in.5v/12v output.Which pins do I check voltage on? Thank you for your help.

I attached a photo from the Happ website. It shows all wire colors for the different voltages :D

I just checked the voltage and they all appear to be on the money.Only thing I noticed the red leads showed a positive voltage while the blue,yellow and white showed in the negative on my meter. I put the black lead from my meter to the black center wires of the coupler.Im guessing they are all ground so no matter which one you place them on they will give you a ground reading?
