I have 2 guns connected via USB but don't work Recoil

I need help for activate recoil in my guns. In the game of Aliens Extermination it works perfectly but I can't find a way for the recoil to work for me in other games, i already tried in different windows, 7, 10 and xp, in none recoil works, only in Aliens Extermination.

Why will this problem happen?  :dunno
