Video Card Recommendation?

Hi all,

I'm starting to slowly put together a MAME cabinet and I have a question.  Actually a couple but I'm splitting them into different subjects for clarity.

1st question:

Can someone recommend a good video card to use with a television?  I'd like S-video capabilities, be able to boot directly to it (it will be replacing the computer monitor).  

DOS capabilities would be good but may not be necessary.

Fast and lots of memory would be cool too but again probably not necessary (late 80's mame and SNES are my main interests)

What are things to look for?  Positive/Negative experiences.
