Good job it looks pretty sweet!

Maybe make your font or your characters a couple sizes bigger.

I like the Dig Dug characters worked into the name.
But the rest of the characters and logos just to be just stuck on there or floating around.
Maybe try some color or shading in the background?
How about all the logos lined up on the bottom and all the characters up top. The characters could then be interacting or doing something along the Dig Dug theme...

I dunno...

My knowledge working with Photoshop is very basic. Everything I learned is from trial and error... When i tried to add shading to the backbround, the error corrections I made to make the characters blend more into the background show up...

OK,
I created a starfield and used that as the background image. It looks great at the size it's supposed to be at, you can see the little stars clearly. I also added a few characters...
