Groovy Arcade 25k7191 sync issue

Hello,
 
I currently have this setup:

Groovy Arcade iso loaded on USB stick
AMD HD 6350 (with the splitter to two VGA outputs)
jPac
Jamma Arcade harness
Wells Gardner 25k7191 (with the Zenith K7000A chasis)

It boots fine and will display on the LCD screen.  The arcade monitor displays the picture somewhat, but it doesn't seem synced. I have chosen the 25k7191 from the monitor list, and changed the dotclockmin to 8 per another thread I read about the 25k7191.  But it doesn't seem to help.  Is there something else I should try?  When I try different settings nothing seems to change, do I need to save and reboot somehow first?

Do you have any JAMMA arcade PCBs you can verify the monitor is working properly?

Yes, I should have said that before.  I tested it with a Tekken 2 board.

That tekken screen has some blur do to the action, but it looks good, if not dim (a separate issue).  Here is a test screen that looks good.

Have you tried adjusting the pots to see if you can dial in the picture?  I had to do this with my K7000 both 19 and 25.  Once the picture is dialed in as best you can, you further tweak in software.

Ya, it was really jumping around before I adjusted it.  This was as good as I could get it.  The jPac doesn't have the "sync" light on either.  Which usually is on if it is getting a good signal.

The Groovy Arcade iso worked for your monitors?  Did you have do to anything besides choose the correct monitor?  Do you run it through a jPac or something else?  What video card do you use?
