I was able to make it work, thanks! The correct plugin is PointBlankX_BepInEx_DemulShooter_Plugin, but there was another issue: a fresh folder of demulshooter 17.5 does not contain the DLL, just the ini. I tried to copy the DLL from a backup and it crashed, so I tried 17.2 and it has everything and everything works! When I have a chance I will also try 17.3 and 17.4 to see if those work too.
Wow, thanks.... Indeed there's an issue with the packed files
I'll need to investigate why it's missing and fix it...sorry 🫤

  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
An update: I was able to use the latest version 17.5 after installing the plugin with 17.2. Now I’m trying to make House of the Dead 4 and special work with demulshooter now. I noticed that the support for those games was recently updated so I am probably missing something. I am using teknoparrot and I tried both elf2 and normal loaders, both with no output. I checked the debug log and it looks like demulshooter is waiting for linuxloader, and it is not hooking. Do I need to pass any parameter for teknoparrot or just what’s on the wiki? Thanks!

EDIT: I think I found it, I was missing a command : -pname=BudgieLoader.exe
