Questions about Ultimarc ArcadeVGA Video card to Monitor

I have a Centipede Monitor may need a cap kit , it had lines moving across the screen before the game stopped working and was getting really light, i also have a Stratovox works , i went to KLOV they said both Monitors where Raster: Standard Resolution would one be beter for the ArcadeVGA Video card , could i take the stratovox and mount it it horizontal instead of vertical , i want to put it in a Lunar Lander Cab to play missile command and other horizontal games , i would leave the Centipede in its Cab and play vertical games on it. of-course i would but two ArcadeVGA Video cards once i get the money , if both will work, Thanks , D
