Please pardon me if this is widely known...

Happ Controls has a new Universal Video Converter on their site at http://www.happcontrols.com/monitors/96058300.htm .  It has the following features:

  • Output Resolutions: Low Res (CGA) 15 kHz, MED RES (EGA) 25kHz
  • Automatically detects the incoming video signal
  • Properly scales and converts to the desired timing and output
  • Amazing display output quality
  • Requires no change to your existing hardware or software
  • The UVC is completely transparent to the application
  • Compatible with: Wells Gardner K7000, K7200, K7400, K7500, D9200, U2000; Atari/Disco; Atari/Sanyo; Neotec NT2701; Sampo KGR1901; and many more

I bought one of these a while back for review on my site. It really works very well. I am entirely pleased with the image quality.
