hey, i'm new to the boards and i have finally completed my arcade cabinet. built from scatch and designed by me. i tried to include alot of info for people who might want to build their own cabinet as well.

Fantastic work.  I love the cab and the artwork.  Top notch project.  Very nice esp considering this is your first cab. :)

Looks great! Despite the fact that you had to modify it somewhat to fit the dimensions of the TV you used, it's still very true to the overall look of a genuine Neo-Geo cab. Enjoy it!

Smooth.  I'm makeing plans for a cab from the base of a MVS-4-25 version 3.  You did a great job.  I'm hoping mine will looks as good.

Those are the first cab plans I've seen that make sense to me. I think even a carpentry challenged dummy like me could build a cab from those. well maybe not me. Wood kind of perplexes me. I actually considered building an entire cab out of steel, but then common sense got ahold of me when I realised I'd need a forklift to get it in the house. I ended up converting an old cab instead.
