These were both in the s-video vs. component topic, but I didn't see anyone commenting on if they work or anything, just that they exist.
So, if you've tried one of these let us know how it worked.

I have one and it works fine. It is easily tweakable
using the remote you can adjust H-size, V-size H-zoom V-zoom.. VEry good product, you can get better quality by purchasing a $300 scan converter, but this does the job fine
