No, it isn't.   GTG and GTG2 have been in mame a long time.  These were golden tees BEFORE iT bought the company (Stratos I think).

gtg and gtg2 are the old non -3d versions of golden tee.  You hit the ball, screen blanks, then draws out piece by piece where you are and fills in objects..  It's crappy.. REALLY crappy --

Not quite what you're hoping for.

Granted Golden Tee Classic (last GT game released on the itech32 platform that mame emulates) was released in 2000.  If we go by the 5 year rule, we MAY see the GT3d games in mame next year.. MAYBE.

Then again, IT is probably one of the most successful and profitable "arcade" outfits at the moment.. so who knows .. Mame developers might keep the roms out anyways, just to keep ITech off MAME's back. --

The last thing anyone wants is MAME getting legally attacked.. Could signal the end of everyone's favorite emulator.

I noticed Time Crisis in there.  That would be great, though I doubt I'll get more than 8 FPS.  It'll be nice when it does become playable, though.

been hearing a lot of this crap lately.....

Mame doesn't have any "rules" as to when a game will be added.  As a general rule of respect, they wait 3 years though.  However it isn't magic.... some games are harder to emulate than others.... the newer gtg games aren't in mame because that system hasn't been emulated yet.  Even if it was, you'd probably get about 8 fps anyway.
