Frontend and Flash animations
« on: January 27, 2004, 06:32:22 pm »
Are there any frontends that could be skinned with a Macromedia Flash animation?  My wife is a graphic design student and she could make my cab look really slick.

Even if there are none currently that will do this, is this even reasonable?

I don't see why not, the Emulaxian interface is flash, isn't it?

Yeah 3darcade / emulaxian natively uses flash for the optional intro and exit animations...but what might be more interesting also as a menusystem...for example the shooting at galaxians to select a new gamelist. This can be replaced with other flash menu's.

Other fe's could use a simple batch file to show flash intro's..but when there is only linera animation in the flash then could just as well be turned in to a video.
