Doubt it, the monitor needs AC 120/230 V ( 50/60 Hz ) and common PC PSU will not output that much.

The monitor has it's PSU PCB board built into the monitor case - so not sure what you are trying to do - If you have an old ATX style PSU Like the one in the Pic below - they have a pass through that can be used to plug in the monitor rather than plugging into the wall or smart strip ( but those do not actually provide the monitor power they just pass the 110V AC power from the power line on for the monitor by splitting the input to both the PSU and the bypass plug.

YEah those type of supplies were common years ago but seem to have all but dissapeared now - so might be hard to find - but the same thing can be accomplished by using a Short Power Y Type Splitter Adapter Cable like the pic below or splicing into the incoming AC line in the PSU (just make sure you do it correctly and safely if splicing and ensure the PSU incoming line is heavy enough gauge to carry the amperage for both the PSU and monitor  -

it COULD be modified to run off of 12 volts... it's a bit of an undertaking and involves gutting the existing power supply and installing a DC-DC convertor and possibly replacing the backlight inverter.

it is possible...not particularly practical though.

I have a relay powered by 12 volts coming from my computer's power supply to switch the AC power on a 32" LCD display. it goes on and off with my computer. Made it out of junk parts so it was basically free.
