I am running a Celeron 700 mhz with 64 megs of ram on Windows ME.  Mortal Kombat works great for me with older versions of MAME.  (Like Version .37)

:o That subject line is just begging for trouble!

...MK runs perfect on the 800mhz Duron I put in my little brothers cab. I haven't tried it on anything slower.

I wasn't able to run MK full speed on my K6-3 450MHz

I got it to work on nicely my 866 mhz machine but I had to fool with the frame skipping... I think I had to set it to either draw every frame or skip every 6-12 or something like that.

MORTAL KOMBAT 1 ran fine on my 800, but Mortal kombat 2 was a different story.  It choked and ran like crap.   I found that it runs GREAT on my intel 1.8
