Audio Authority 9a60a

I cannot find any Crecendo TC1600/1500, does anybody recommend buying Audio Authority 9a60a instead? Anyone has experience with it. Anyone recommends any other transcoder that does not scale the image?

Someone recommended me a guy from Brazil that sells something called TASsomething, does anybody recommend that? I talked with the guy and he didn't even reply...seems very shady
