Noticble differences between RA-32-LCD and CPA6129?

Hello

I am looking for a 32 in LCD monitor for my mame/council/steam project.

I found these two monitors and was wondering if there would be any noticeable differences when using them.

1. RA-32-LCD (http://www.hollandcomputers.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=10576)

2. CPA6129 (https://www.ceronix.com/22-32-bluebird-xd-with-metascreen/1616-cpa6129.html)

Or is there another 32in monitor I should be looking at?
