Sony PVM for Arcade games?

Hello i will buy a Sony PVM-14M2E Trinitron Color Video Monitor because i want to have the best Picture like in the old days in the arcades.

So my question is if i buy this Monitor can i Play then al the different consoles like NES,NEC,NEO Geo with my Emulator MAME or Retropie on a Raspberry PI 3?

Or do i have to won the original consoles?

And if i buy this Monitor would i then have truly the best Picture?
