maximus arcade help

ok guys i looked but still confused. i have maximus arcade set up with loaded roms emulators pics images and videos already. when i try to add mame techmo bowl world and nes techmo bowl roms i add it to the rom folders and they both show up in mame and nes and play fine but do not show up in max arcade. ive already forced rescan on all three options and restarted my pc. ive done it with the pref. shortcut and also while in max arcade. ive checked short path tap aswell and still nothing ive tried all i could figure out and need help. what am i not doing is there other tabs to check is the a lock to protect the roms and settings?

Been a while since i used maximus but the only thing I can think of does it have a extensions setting and is it set correct?

yes its correct because every existing rom in the pack works just the ones i add dont show up in max. the existing ones have videos images and all.
