Ultrastik 360s keep un-calibrating

I have four U360s on my cab, along with two Aimtraks, Spinner, Trackball, and 2 Xbox360 controllers. I use Hyperspin and Rocketlauncher to run my cab.

The problem I seem to be having is when I use Xpadder or JoyToKey within RL. The controls go out of whack, and when I check in UltraMap, all four of my crosshairs are in some random spot instead of dead center. I re-update all the controllers, which center them out, and then when I go back to using Xpadder or J2K, happens again. Any ideas?

Okay, update. Right now, it still happens when loading a PC game through Rocketlauncher. Turned off xpadder and J2k, and still see crosshairs in UltraMap software move to wrong position. Doesnt happen when I load PC game on its own. Think its a RL issue on my end, but not sure what would cause full re-calibration and positioning of my U360s. Has this happened to anyone before?
