Mamewah 'favorites'?
« on: January 20, 2004, 12:48:38 pm »
I just started using Mamewah on my new cab and I'm wondering if its possible to create an emulator page that could have a list of games but from different types of emus (ie: mame, nes, snes, etc)?

Would be nice to have something like this for parties where you dont want people switching emulators and only want to provide a smaller list of games.

I suppose one could write a script or batchfile that acts like a middle man, taking the rom name and the emulator name as a parameter. Has anyone tried something like this? Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Brian

As far I know, a batch file/script is the only way to do that.  :)

Not easily possible atm.  MAMEWAH's 'fields' does not include emulator - ie you could make a list but it wouldn't know what emulator to use to launch the game...

It is on my todo list for v2, but could be sometime away...
