Neo-Geo games not working?

everytime i try to play a neogeo game like puzzle bobble or KOF i get this error when trying to load it

sfix.sfx     NOT FOUND
sp-s2.sp1    NOT FOUND
sm1.sm1      NOT FOUND
000-lo.lo    NOT FOUND

why is this happening

I think you need to redownload the neogeo bios rom, neogeo.zip and put that in your roms directory.

ahh ok i didnt know it had one, i didnt finish downloading all the roms yet i got A-G and some misc. higher letters. i even read most of the mame.net faq and it mentions nothing about it

i know about computer specs and crunching numbers. doesnt mean i know everything about MAME nor did i claim such. A guy cant ask a question on a message board about helping people?
