WG 7203 Display issue

Hey, guys -

Anyone ever see an issue like this? Just recapped and put a new flyback on this monitor, but the top part is dark and there are some lines running through it. Any thoughts?



I posted this on KLOV, but I figure it might be a good idea to post it here.
