Low Budget Teensy-tiny Playchoice Inspired Bartop

I started working on this last month with the idea to do it as cheap as possible. As it stands I have spend 90 dollars. It's currently lacking plexiglass and a back door.

Currently powered by a Raspberry Pi Zero.

The super ghetto tmolding is electrical tape.

For under a benjamin I'm pretty happy.

The bartop I am building is also a budget build. Will be spending a bit more than you, but it will be under 200$ in monopoly money! (Canadian)

Love it! I assume you had a decent amount of tools and donor stuff to start?

I used Harbor Freight tools. All of the materials are under 100 dollars though. The only thing I had laying around was the electrical tape and the joystick hardware.

Here's a price breakdown. The total was actually 108 but....eh. close enough.

I love builds like yours. Back when I was an automotive journalist we used to have the most fun making cheap/slow cars going fast. I think your build encompasses that philosophy quite well.

There's something to love about getting the most from the smallest amount of money (and it doesn't even look bad, to be honest).

I got to say, it's refreshing to see an every-mans build. So many top notch high end builds here nowadays. They are super cool, but it's nice to see a build I can build.

Added backdoor and painted tmolding on. Electrical tape just wouldn't stick.

Trying to sell this for 50 more than it cost me to make it to fund another build.
