MAMEWAH (Set-up)Question
« on: January 16, 2004, 11:28:07 am »
I'm using mamewah set-up

Is it possible to:

1) to use different extensions in one list? eg *.bin and *.gba (just an example)

2) is it possible to use two emulators in the same menu?
Because eg there are some games that work in gens, but for all games that use a lightgun and some games that don't run in gens, I want to use ages.

1) no - give all of the files the same extension or make 2 seperate emulator lists for them in MAMEWAH.

2) no - just setup 2 different emulator lists in MAMEWAH.

1) If you have all the different file types in the one directory, I'm pretty sure you can use: ROM Extension = *     which will then list all files in that directory in your game list.  However, if they are normal console roms e.g Gameboy, nes etc..  you're best off to zip them all up using GoodTools.

2) No - Do as TalkingOctopus says above.
