Well, just acquired this beauty, but one things wrong with it: whenever you try to move the joystick to the left, it doesn't work. Any advice?

-probably a dead micro, loose spade/wire

Also, the bendy thing that comes out of the micro could be bent such that the joystick is not making good contact with it.

You can buy replacement micros (e.g. http://mikesarcade.com/cgi-bin/store.pl?sku=TKG-23-13-B).
