Never change a running system - I did and now I have a load of problems that are old and new.
I run all the classic Arcade emulators we all love and know and they're running fantasticly on my polostar 25 in 640x480.
I'm using Hyperspin as my Frontend.
Mame does what it does, Demul runs at 640x480 natively, Model 2 will switch to it's native resolution set in the cfg and so on.
Now on my old setup I had my desktop set to a 25khz mode because of the resolution switching of my multisync. I had the problem that from time to time, 15khz modes wouldn't switch back to 31khz when leaving mame, going back to Hyperspin so I had a split, messy picture. Calamity helped by telling me that I should switch to 25khz for my desktop. I don't like it, but it worked.
Ok, now I updated everything on my rig. Computer, Hyperspin, Mame, CRT Emu Driver etc. and it feels like I never did all of this before.
I can't get Demul to switch into 640x480 (when my Desktop is at 2560x768 25khz) and I don't know how I did it before. Same goes for Daphne which will not make the Driver switch to 704x480 or 640x480.
So since everything sucks so hard for me and although Calamity doesn't recommend changing resolutions all the time - is there a way to make a my monitor switch back to 31khz everytime it leaves a game - for example by sending out the 31khz multiple times so it can grab the command?
