Yeah I'm pretty sure it's hard-wired. I remember moving it and had to wrap the cord.

It does not hurt and all of the feedback I have received tells me that the Vectrex was hardwired. I am going to look at one today and was just doing a bit of research. Thanks for all the feedback!
