Command.dat

I have just found about command.dat and it would be quite useful to have the controls featured on my cab, but it seems as though the file is no longer being developed. Does anybody know what the latest version is?
So far I can't find ANY downloads at all so if anybody could provide a link to the latest/most complete version that would be fantastic.
