trying to get 15khz output on a slimline pc

is there a less expensive option to have my pc display proper image on a wg 2000. any suggestion that are easy. really easy. ?

I've got a slimline HP desktop for one of my cabinets, and i just whacked a slimline HD4350 in it...
simples :)
