).
Essentially, like any good programmer, I didn't want to waste time manually hand writing xml. So instead, I took way more time and made a program to do it for me. It's simple, but I like to think it's self explanatory. Figured maybe someone else out there would want to give it a shot.
Written in C# and requires .net 4.5
