Atomic FE and Daphne

Anybody know how to get Daphne working on Atomic FE? I have a MAME cocktail cab and want to put  Daphne on it but I keep running in to problems! I have Daphne configured and working outside of Atomic FE, so it's down to what am I doing wrong when configuring Atomic FE  :banghead: I will take any help I have been at this for days!
