CRT_Emudrivers XP drivers on Win7?
« on: November 08, 2015, 09:20:58 am »
I have a 32b Win7 machine and was looking to try out GroovyMame + the CRT_Emudriver.  However I noticed on the Emudriver page they only have XP 32b, XP 64b, and Win7 64b.
Does that mean I'm out of luck unless I install XP?

Thanks,
-Adam

Sure.

To be honest, I had beta versions of the drivers for both 32 and 64 bits, just because at the time it was easier to work on the 32 bit disassembly and then port the changes to 64 bit. After that I abandoned the 32 bit version because it was a lot of work to mantain and test both, and after all, the main appeal of going the W7 route was to have proper 64 bit support.

Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.
