After getting in a conversation about HyperBowl arcade edition I discovered a legally licensed version FREE to download from the following URL:

http://technicat.itch.io/hyperbowl

All of the courses are there as well, and unlike the .iso version, it does not require a keyboard for course selection or name entry!
ATM it doesn't fullscreen properly though.. the bezel artwork gets all crunched up. 

I contacted the author via Twitter and he said he was able to reproduce, and will look at the fullscreen issue tonight.
