can't seem to get settings to stick

Hey guys thanks for reading this post. Well I have been trying to get my settings to stick I am using a ATI Radeon 7450 i made my own VGA connection to my pc I have tried soft15khz it wont keep the setting reverts or original settings. Any ideas what I am doing wrong I have even tried powerstrip and nothing the reaults are in the pic any help will be appreciated thanks.

Hi Joselv81, your card is not yet supported by any of those methods. Maybe try your luck with this: http://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU?page=1
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.

Thank you i will try this out and report back do you have any recommendations on a cheap card I am disabled and am on a budget thanks again Calamity your work is awesome

Edit: I forgot to mention I do have a Nvidia 260 evga think that might be a better solution??

Get a cheap card like a HD4850 and use Calamity's CRT drivers
You won't be sorry
