input through a 3.5mm Antenna Jack?

I'm trying to build a fully functional really small cabinet for a conversation piece or something(or maybe as a test run incase I ever want to do something bigger.)  It's essentially an Nes board with a pro-wrestling cart.  The screen I'm trying to use is a 5" or so b/w ntsc tv.  The problem I have is that the only input to the monitor is the 3.5mm antenna jack, while the nes outputs video either as a coax or RCA composite.  I seem to remember having an adapter from the 3.5mm to a dual lead antenna connection, but I don't think that worked with the nes.  The other problem is that this TV does not have set channels, it's like a radio dial.  I need the tv to be set at exactly channel 3 or 4.  Does anyone see any easy solution to this or am I going to need to do some complicated modifications to the TV board?

Radio Shack does sell a 3.5mm to F connector (coax) connector adapter.  I'm almost positive if you use that connector with your RF switch (gray box) that came with the NES and tune the TV to VHF channel 3/4 you will get the signal you want.  Just turn the NES on and hunt around for the signal with the dial while the TV is on the VHF band.
