neo geo roms don't launch

Hello everyone, I recently tried to guide my set hyperspin set up from Simply Andy YouTube videos.
Everything works fine but the neo geo games.

I'm running hyperspin 1.4, most recent version of rocket launcher and Mame 64. I have retro ach set up as well.

Everything goes well until neo geo games.

On rocket launch, under games tab I scan for all the games but when I press the rocket to launch a game it loads until +/- 63% some games 75% and then goes back goes back to rocket launcher game tab again.

Is there a solution for this?
Any ideas?
