Nanao MS8-26SU component identification
« on: September 09, 2015, 11:13:56 am »
Hi all,

I recently got my Virtua Fighter cabinet out of storage to find that it had developed a monitor problem where blue was completely missing. On closer inspection I found that the top of the neckboard had some of the components squashed together. After un-squashing them, and finding a pulled pin on a transistor, the blue now displays for a few minutes before bleeding out and eventually disappearing.

I'm guessing that getting the transistor replaced will be the first (and hopefully last) step to fixing it. but this is where I’ve hit a problem. I can read the markings on the transistor from one of its counterparts on the red / green circuits but I'm struggling to find a suitable replacement.

Does anyone know what the transistor is at Q305 on the neckbeard of a Nanao MS8-26SU and where I can source one, please?

I believe that it's marked D113 Z.S Q?

Thanks in advance,
Rob
