  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hello, I have bought one of these cheap converter boards from eBay - RGB/CGA/EGA/YUV to VGA board "GBS 8200 V4.0".
This device has 3 trimmers to adjust R G B colours intensity.
My problem is, that when I turn on the device, colours are fine. But after a few seconds, the red colour starts adjusting itself to maximum. The trimmer becomes useless. Other colours/trimmers are fine.
When I turn the device off for a while, the colours are back to normal. But red starts to adjust again.
I tried to blow cold air (dust cleaning spray) on the board to see if the problem is overheating, but it doesn't seem to be that.
Can you guys help me out?

Ah solved it, was the wrong "Clamp" settings. 03 and 04 was the solution.
Solved, cheers!
