Virtua Cop Deluxe CP Art recreation
« on: August 03, 2015, 08:17:45 am »
This is the best source art I could find (my damaged art scanned on my piece of ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- scanner)

Used the ellipse tool and multiple layers starting on the outside and working my way in, to make the bullseye. The vertical and horizontal lines are rectangular smart objects. Once everything was in place I added all the layers in order to their own grouping.

Then I hid the bullseye layers and started on the boxes, first blue:

Then Red:

Then I added all the text, fixed the typo from the factory about reloading guns (it says read not reload), redrew all the icons for the guns and stuffs, etc etc etc

(full sized, right click, save as)
I hate the virtua cop logo at the top, but I couldnt find one and I really didnt want to spend that much time vectorizing the logo when the raster is acceptable.

And of course, here is the link to the PSD file incase anyone would like to improve upon this!

Here is the Virtua Cop logo cleaned up and resized to work for your PSD.  You can just drop it in to replace the original logo and it should be the exact size.  Definitely not perfect but should look a lot better.

So once again, we find that evil of the past seeps into the present like salad dressing through cheap wax paper, mixing memory and desire.
