Hello everyone,
I'm building a bartop machine by using a Raspberry Pi and a CRT TV (Sony Trinitron). I have recently acquired a GBS-8100 card and I am quite satisfied with the results:

I am using an HDMI->VGA converter from the Raspberry Pi for the input signal and a self-made RGB->SCART cable from the GBS-8100 to the TV for the output signal.
Well, this GBS-8100 is pretty simple to use and you can configure settings light brightness, contrast, image possition and so on fast and easy. The problem is that all these settings are lost as soon as the power supply is removed from the card, so you have to adjust everything from scratch the next time you power it on.
I can see there's another model of this card, the GBS-8150, which is apparently newer. The thing is, according to its specifications, there's nothing that indicates this newer model would save the settings made.
Do you guys know these boards? Do you know other similar boards to get good results for a Raspberry Pi + CRT TV combo?
Thanks in advance.
