Strange Behavior From CRT_Emudriver and Win7 64 Pro

Recently installed Win 7 64 and CRT_Emudriver and for the most part things are going sweet! I have noticed a lot of Vert games are not being displayed properly. I am doing a dual boot set up currently with XP64 on a separate drive. Here are logs from XP 64 and Win7 64 for comparison. Everything is being ran on the same HW. Any help would be great. So, far Win7 is promising. Even got MameWah up and running!

Also, it appears that the problem is only intermittent. Here is a long from when it was displayed properly.

I think the intermittent factor there was running GM with/without admin privileges.

(make sure to always use admin privileges so GM can access the registry)
