I think it's the TurboPlay magazine?

Looks like TurboPlay was to the TG16 console and its ilk a bit like what the Atarian or AtariAge was to the Atari consoles.

I'd compare it to Nintendo Power, but NP actually lasted far longer than all three series combined above. :dunno
